                              RESOLUTION NO. 21520
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 AN AGREEMENT TO ACCEPT CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM
                 BI-LO FOR THE HIXSON GREENWAY.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with Bi-Lo transferring certain 
properties
       to the City upon certain conditions for the Hixson Greenway and 
to
       express the appreciation of the City for the conveyance of this
       property.
